I feel an overwhelming sense of regret because I do not have any other option but to go in this manner. Although it has been a challenging path, I have seen my father persevere through it like the true champion and man of God that he is. He has motivated me to act in a similar manner. In spite of the challenges he faced, he was successful in surmounting them and making it to the other side.
The general public will have access to information that is pertinent to the preparations in a relatively short length of time after it has been made public. Please accept my deepest condolences on behalf of myself and my family to Mr. Wood’s loved ones and family. There is little doubt that due to the power of his singing voice, he would have been capable of bringing the ceiling of the church tumbling down with it if he had attempted to sing there. At each and every choir celebration, a special request was made for him in light of the fact that he had been so excellent all throughout the year and that he would have the church rocking. This was done in light of the fact that he had been so good all throughout the year.
