Andriana Georgiou Obituary, Death – Andriana (Androulla) Georgiou. (from Koma tou Yialou, Karpasia). Andriana (Androulla) Georgiou (Tsiaoushi), our cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 84. It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of her passing with you all.
They moved to England in 1963, not long after Yerolemis, who was originally from Leonarisso in Cyprus, joined them there. Androulla devoted her life to caring for her ancestors and her extended family. Androulla was a loving and compassionate individual who touched the lives of everyone who came into contact with her. Her grandchildren brought her delight and pleasure right up until the moment she breathed her last. They were her “pride and joy.”
At the Greek Orthodox Church, the funeral is scheduled to take place on the 19th of May, 2023. of St. Mary, Trinity Road, Wood Green, London N22 8LB, at one o’clock, to be immediately followed by the burial at New Southgate Cemetery, Brunswick Park Road, N11 1JJ, at two thirty o’clock. Instead of sending flowers, the family requests that monetary contributions be made to the St. Mary’s Church Fund in lieu of floral tributes. On that particular day, a donation box will be made available.
Androulla is survived by her husband Yerolemis, her children Panico and Maria, her daughter-in-law Sophia, and her grandkids Michael, Stephanie, George, and Andreas. She also leaves behind three brothers, one sister, and a large number of nephews and nieces.”Her passing has left a hole in everyone’s life, but we will carry her memories with us always and keep her alive in our hearts forever. Rest in peace.”
